The Paramount Support Team
The Paramount Support Team ensure that we follow best practice in relation to safeguarding and support matters, and that all our clients remain safe and free from harm during their stay with us. Paramount’s Risk Assessments accompany all new placements into our properties,
with the aim to balance the needs of that client as well as the wider community. The Team consists of very experienced Support Staff offering a light support service to our clients, ensuring they are signposted and referred to the most appropriate services that are likely to promote positive outcomes for those most in need.
The Paramount Task Force are supported by our dedicated 24-hour Paramount Control Room, which provides specialist CCTV monitoring services across our stock. The Paramount Control Room provide real time information to prevent Anti-Social Behaviour or welfare concerns, with the aim to be to get ahead of issues before they escalate or have an impact on the wider community. All our operatives are regularly trained to provide specialist support needs within their security and support remit. Staff are intensely trained in conflict management and resolution, meaning that verbal de-escalation of undesirable incidents are resolved with confidence and with the best chance of success.

The Paramount Task Force work across our portfolio to deliver expert frontline services from the early evening and across Out Of Hours. Their activities can range from supporting new residents as they move in, to responding to any potential reports of Anti-Social Behaviour. The Paramount Task Force always put safeguarding needs at the heart of our service. As a roaming service across our entire geographic area of operation, they deliver high quality case management of individual’s requiring one-stop or ongoing support related matters.
